After having a new boiler installed in August 2015 I was never 100% confident it was installed properly and working correctly. I called the original plumber back four times to check it and every time he assured me it was.

In January 2016 I decided to get a second opinion and called Simon from Abbeville Plumbing to check it and was horrified to discover there were so many dangerous faults found, our mains gas supply had to be turned off immediately.

Thankfully Simon and his team returned early the next morning and spent over 12 hours reinstalling it and making good all the dangerous connections that had been leaking gas into our home for months.

They worked diligently without stopping, and by the time they had finished the boiler was not only safe but all the pipework was properly cladded, cables and wires left dangling previously tidied up and secured to the wall.

From this day on our boiler performed perfectly and the faint smell of gas I used to smell when opening up the cupboard it was housed in has completely vanished.

I now have peace of mind that our home is safe and cannot thank Simon and Abbeville Plumbing enough for responding so quickly and professionally to resolve our boiler issues. THANK YOU!
